I’m Josh Whitcomb, an Austin-area Realtor and mortgage broker, and I’ve called Central Texas home for more than 26 years. I’ve watched Austin and the surrounding communities grow and change tremendously, and that firsthand knowledge of the area is something I’m proud to bring to my clients.

Having experience on both the real estate and mortgage sides also gives me a different perspective. I can help you look at the whole picture—not just finding the right property, but understanding the financing, numbers, negotiations, and all the moving pieces it takes to actually get a deal to the closing table.

I’m big on being accessible, communicating clearly, and treating people the way I’d want to be treated. I’m not here to pressure anyone into a house or a decision just to close a deal. I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions, understand their options, and know they have someone in their corner throughout the process.
