From beginning our initial search for a new home, to selling our current home, Remi made a sometimes frustrating and often stressful process seam not all that bad--she helped us to understand the whole process and the steps we needed to take in order to get our desired outcome, all while providing much needed comedic relief during the stressful times. Selling our current home: LISTEN TO REMI when she tells you how to stage your house. It was a lot of work for us to clean out closets, clean off horizontal surfaces and organize every cabinet and cubby--but it paid off! Within 6 hours of listing our house, we got an offer from someone who hadn't even viewed the property. Within 48 hours, numerous offers were spilling in, and Remi's experience was integral in helping us make a quick and educated decision on how to select a buyer, and how to further negotiate with our buyer to determine what was best for both us as the sellers, and the new home owner. Buying our new home: Remi was able to narrow in on the year of house we would be looking for, the builders, and the neighborhoods that would fit our taste within our first few home search outings. With the quick pace of selling in the current market, she was always available to get us to the houses we wanted to see as quickly as possible. We know we weren't her only clients, but she made us feel that way. Jeff is absolutely amazing. We initially got paired up through the Zillow contact form but we could not have gotten any luckier. He patiently waited for us to get funding and then got to work immediately when we were pre approved. Although Jeff had other clients he was working with simultaneously it always felt like we were his to priority. We put in several offers over the course of a couple days and each one was meticulously prepared by Jeff. When our offer was accepted we were so relieved, until the appraisal came in short. Lisa doesn't mess around at all. Let's start with planning for your sale: She'll give you the best plan to clean, stage, and prep your home for sale. Just provide a budget and get out of her way. I sold my place with her in three days. Lisa gave me the service of someone who wanted me to know that I was the most important customer and mission she had at that moment. She crushed it. Even in negotiations, she knew exactly what needed to be done. Most of the time, she would call me with an after action report, just to fill me in on negotiations. She wouldn't need to call me and ask me for this approval or that, she knew what I wanted and went out and executed and filled me in later with only the details I needed - how soon am I going to sell and what am I going to pay in closing fees versus my buyer. I didn't have to sort through seven deals and agonize over each one for a hundred different reasons. She had my top deals ranked by price and contingencies and recommended the top one, but left the end decision to me. And the best part is that she didn't need to brag or tell you about how hard she was working for you or how much work it took to sell your home. She just did it. At the end of the day she got me a better price than I could have imagined. She was more than a pro - she was like a pro showing off how much better she was than the rest and making it look easy.
