“Lisa doesn't mess around at all. Let's start with planning for your sale: She'll give you the best plan to clean, stage, and prep your home for sale. Just provide a budget and get out of her way. I sold my place with her in three days. Lisa gave me the service of someone who wanted me to know that I was the most important customer and mission she had at that moment. She crushed it. Even in negotiations, she knew exactly what needed to be done. Most of the time, she would call me with an after action report, just to fill me in on negotiations. She wouldn't need to call me and ask me for this approval or that, she knew what I wanted and went out and executed and filled me in later with only the details I needed - how soon am I going to sell and what am I going to pay in closing fees versus my buyer. I didn't have to sort through seven deals and agonize over each one for a hundred different reasons.
